DC Reveals Andy Kubert’s Cover to Flashpoint #1

As part of their Flashpoint Friday feature, DC’s The Source blog has revealed Andy Kubert’s cover for Flashpoint #1.

Flashpoint is DC’s big summer event for 2011. The main story will be told in a five-issue miniseries, written by Geoff Johns, and featuring the artwork of Andy Kubert and Sandra Hope. Alongside the main title, DC will also be releasing 15 tie-in miniseries, as well as several tie-in one-shots!

Hmm, DC revealed this cover on the same day as Marvel revealed Steve McNiven’s cover to Fear Itself #1. Coincidence?
