DC Announces Teen Titans: Games - an OGN by Marv Wolfman & George Perez

DC Comics have announced an upcoming OGN called Teen Titans: Games, to be written by Marv Wolfman, with artwork by George Perez.

The 120-page original graphic novel will feature a missing adventure from Wolfman and Perez’s classic run on The New Teen Titans. The pair started putting the story together in 1987, so the story features the Titans line-up from that time, but tells an out of continuity story.

The release date is yet to be determined, but it should be out some time in 2010.

Here’s what Marv Wolfman had to say about the book:

“It’s all the regular Titans, obviously because the story was plotted back then it’s Troia, in that costume, Nightwing, Cyborg, Changeling, Danny Chase, Jericho, Starfire, and a number of others but they’re all there. This isn’t a big surprise. What this really is, is the uncovered story that had been done at the height of the Titans. And except for the actual dialoguing, that’s exactly what it is. Because as I said, George drew 80 of the pages back then.”
