Marvel Studios Chooses Drew Pearce to Write Iron Man 3

Deadline.com has the scoop that Marvel Studios has chosen Drew Pearce to write Iron Man 3. The movie will be directed by Shane Black, and will star Robert Downey Jr., who will reprise his role as Tony Stark.

Apparently Pearce got the job after writing the script for the upcoming movie adaptation of Marvel’s  Runaways series.

Pearce is a British writer and producer who has worked on a number of UK TV productions. He is famous as the creator and writer of the ITV superhero sitcom, No Heroics - a show that I’ve been meaning to check out for some time now, as I’ve heard great things about it.

Iron Man 3 will be released May 3, 2021 through Disney.
