Chris Ware Talks at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, February 17th

Renowned artist and cartoonist Chris Ware will be appearing at the Indianapolis Museum of Art next week, to discuss graphic communication and “drawing-as-thinking” in the early 21st century.

In addition, Ware’s friend Chip Kidd (an art director at Knopf and Batman collector whose work appears in Vanity Fair, The New York Times, and elsewhere) will be interviewing Chris about his influences and the development of his aesthetic.

Following the talk and interview, Ware will be available to sign copies of his books.

The event takes place on  Thursday, February 17th at 7 pm.
