Eye Witness Slipcase Collection Releases in November

From the press release:

Dallas, TX- This November, just in time for the holiday shopping season, Head Press Publishing will release a limited edition slipcase collection of the award-winning Eye Witness graphic novel series. This will offer many fans of comics and graphic novels their first exposure to all four books in this highly acclaimed indy series, since publicity surrounding it has grown with each subsequent release and many fans came on board a few years after it’s 2004 premier.

When author/illustrator, Robert James Luedke, was originally inspired with the concept for Eye Witness, he envisioned it as a single volume. But before the first book (Eye Witness: A Fictional Tale of Absolute Truth) had even hit the stands in 2004, he already realized he needed to tell, “The rest of the story….as Paul Harvey, would say,” according to Luedke, “and one book soon became three which then became four. The Eye Witness series is a unique blending of a Biblical adaptation and a modern day action adventure story, that’s part Indiana Jones, part Mission Impossible and part Passion of the Christ. According to veteran comic writer/editor, Brian Augustyn, “Beyond the moving adaptation of the sacred story, the series unfolds like a contemporary action adventure film, worthy of Steven Spielberg or John Woo.”

The slipcase collection will be available through book and comic stores nationwide the week of November 15th (as well as most major retailer’s online stores). There will be a limited edition of 200 sets signed and numbered by Luedke and only be available at his personal appearances, through the Head Press website or through retail shops which purchase directly through Head Press Publishing.
