Today, MTV.com premiered a 30-second teaser trailer for the upcoming animated movie of Eric Powell’s The Goon.

The movie is being produced by Blur Studios, who are also working on David Fincher’s Heavy Metal. More footage from the movie will be shown at the Goon panel being held this Friday at Comic-Con International 2010.

The clip features the vocal talents of Clancy Brown as the Goon and Paul Giamatti as Franky.
