Sneak PREVIEWS: A Look What’s in March 2011’s Catalog

1

From the press release:

The March edition of Diamond Comic Distributors’ PREVIEWS catalog arrives in comic shops, hobby stores, and other direct market outlets on March 2 and features comic books, graphic novels, toys, and additional pop culture products scheduled to go on sale beginning May 2011.

The front cover of the March PREVIEWS is dedicated to DC Comics’ FLASHPOINT #1, the start of a special event from Green Lantern and The Flash writer Geoff Johns and legendary artist Andy Kubert that sends Barry Allen (a.k.a. The Flash) racing to undo a villain’s alteration of the time line. No comic book reader invested in the DC Universe should miss out on the start of Flashpoint, as it promises to introduce them to altered versions of Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and other fan-favorite heroes.

That’s one way of trying to take over the world. But there are a lot more, and learning them all is hard work, as Image Comics will prove in May with GLADSTONE’S SCHOOL FOR WORLD CONQUERORS #1, spotlighted by the March PREVIEWS’ back cover. In this new series from writer Mark Andrew Smith and artists Armand Villavert and Carlos Carrasco, readers will enter the halls of an academy devoted to teaching the children of world’s greatest super villains the family business. The 40-page introductory issue is priced at just $2.99.
