BOOM Kids! is Now KABOOM! and Gets Peanuts!

5

BOOM! Studios have announced today that they will be renaming their kids comics line, currently called BOOM! Kids, to KABOOM!

In addition, they have announced that they will also be publishing Charles M. Shultz’s Peanuts. As the publisher is currently closed for Presidents no one was available to make further comment. One big question would obviously be whether KABOOM! will be publishing new Peanuts stories, or old. Fantagraphics currently hold the license for publishing older Peanuts strips, and they have been archiving the comics from 1950 forward, in beautiful hardcover collections. Hopefully Boom!’s latest announcement won’t affect FB in any way!

Stay tuned for more news!
