Deadline.com has the scoop that Tim Miller, a visual effects artist who worked on X-Men and X2 will make his directing debut on 20th Century Fox’s X-Men Origins: Deadpool. The movie, a spin-off from the X-Men franchise, is expected to star Ryan Reynolds, who will reprise the role he played in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are writing the script and Lauren Shuler Donner is producing.
