Marvel’s Start Their ‘Greatest Comics’ Imprint, Offering Fan Favourite for Only $1

Marvel have informed Hypergeek that they are starting a new imprint called Marvel’s Greatest Comics, through which they will offer discounted reprints of the #1 issues of landmark Marvel series.

Now this is a genius idea, and a great way to get new fans into comics. DC did something similar last year, offering Watchmen #1, Transmetropolitan #1 etc. for $1, but this looks like an ongoing effort, and much grander in scope. I’d definitely drop $1 on a copy of Punisher Max #1 and several of the other titles on offer!

Marvel is proud to announce the all-new Marvel’s Greatest Comics imprint, spotlighting Marvel’s most-acclaimed series with new printings of these must-read issues priced at only one dollar each!
