Filming on The First Avenger: Captain America Movie set for a June 2010 Start

Director Joe Johnston has revealed in an interview with Fangoria (issue #290) that Marvel Studios is planning a June 2010 start for filming on The First Avenger: Captain America.
This information was revealed in a piece about Johnston taking over as director on the upcoming horror movie, The Wolfman. The interview also indicates that Johnston is currently in meetings with the art department for the Captain America movie.
Paramount Pictures is set to distribute The First Avenger: Captain America on July 22, 2011. The film is being produced by Kevin Feige, with a screenplay is being written by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely. No cast members have yet been announced.
