Duane Swierczynski and Steve Dillon Bring Hope Back to the Marvel Universe in X-Men: A Girl Named Hope – With Preview Pages!
![]() |
Duane Swierczynski’s Cable series is one of my favourite Marvel comics in recent memory. I am really loving Cable and Hope’s desperate run through the timeline as they attempt to escape from an insane and murderous Bishop. It’s been a madcap ride through the future Marvel U, as Bishop attempts to destroy this future in order to save his own!
Well, all good things come to an end, and now it’s time for Cable & Hope to return to the current Marvel U in order to set up the third and final part of the trilogy that began with Messiah Complex, and continued in Messiah War. Who better to do this than Cable scribe Duane Swierczynski? Who will be working with legendary penciller, Steve Dillon!
X-Men: A Girl Named Hope, will be running as interconnected short stories (appearing as bonus content) through Psylocke #1, Dark X-Men #1, X-Men Legacy #230 and X-Force #22. Check out some Preview Pages below!
